Every role at NFI Group helps move people forward.\nPOSITION SUMMARY:\nAs the Learning & Development Specialist, reporting to the Professional and Leadership Development Manager, you will work within the NFI Learning Institute to support the development and delivery of leadership programs, including the Emerging Leadership Program, while also designing and developing engaging e-learning experiences across NFI Group. You will collaborate with business leaders, Human Resources, and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create practical development solutions.
