シニアデジタルマーケティングエグゼクティブは、デジタルマーケティング戦略の立案および実行を主導し、企業のオンラインプレゼンスを最大化する役割を担います。このポジションでは、データ分析、キャンペーン管理、チームの指導を通じて、ビジネス目標の達成を支援します。

主な職務内容

• デジタルマーケティング戦略の立案と実行

  • SEO/SEM、ソーシャルメディア、メールマーケティング、コンテンツマーケティングを含む包括的なデジタルマーケティング戦略を策定。
  • キャンペーンの目標設定、KPIの定義、ROIの最適化。

• キャンペーン管理

  • Google Ads、Facebook Ads、LinkedIn Adsなどのプラットフォームを活用した広告キャンペーンの計画、実行、モニタリング。
  • キャンペーンのパフォーマンスを分析し、改善策を提案。

• データ分析とレポート作成

  • Google Analyticsやその他の分析ツールを使用して、ウェブサイトやキャンペーンのパフォーマンスを追跡。
  • データに基づいたインサイトを提供し、意思決定をサポート。

• チームの指導とコラボレーション

  • ジュニアメンバーや他部門との連携を通じて、プロジェクトの成功を支援。
  • チームメンバーのスキル向上を促進し、トレーニングを実施。

• 最新トレンドの把握

  • デジタルマーケティングの最新トレンドや技術を常に把握し、戦略に反映。

Position Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for leading the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to maximize the company's online presence. This position supports the achievement of business objectives through data analysis, campaign management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy Development and Execution

• Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Set campaign objectives, define KPIs, and optimize ROI

Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor advertising campaigns leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Analyze campaign performance and propose improvement measures

Data Analysis and Report Creation

• Track website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytical tools
• Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making

Team Leadership and Collaboration

• Support project success through collaboration with junior members and other departments
• Promote skill development of team members and conduct training

Staying Current with Latest Trends

• Continuously monitor the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and reflect them in strategies

  • コンテンツ管理システム（CMS）やCRMツール（Salesforce、HubSpot）の知識。
  • HTML、CSS、JavaScriptの基本的な理解があれば尚可。
• 言語スキル: 日本語ネイティブ、ビジネスレベルの英語力。

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in the digital marketing field

Technical Skills:

• Practical experience with SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

Language Skills: Native Japanese proficiency, business-level English proficiency
