The role requires fluency in english, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities: \n\nRespond to, resolve and record all callers’ enquiries & complaints.\n\nProvide customers with process and service support with regard to all our client’s activities like billing and customer service systems, among other operations.\n\nResolve or escalate all reported issues and complete all call logs.\n\nRespond to utility commission and agency inquiries.\n\nProvide information about our client’s programs, products and services.\n\nRespond and escalate all billing inquiries and handle customers’ billing complaints.\n\nResolves billing or service complaints and refers grievances to designated departments for investigation.\n\nUpdate and present the weekly, monthly and quarterly internal reports.\n\nPerform any other duties as assigned from time to time.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience: \n\nBachelors Degree in any field\n\nMust have 2- 3 years of experience\n\nProficiency in MS Office & typing skills\n\nAbility to work well with internal and external customers\n\nAbility to work under pressure\n\nExcellent time-management, planning and organizational skills\n\nWork experience in a highly busy and customer-focused environment\n\nExcellent time management skills with a key affinity for prioritizing and multitasking\n\nGood understanding of client’s operations and the various service centres around Uganda\n\nGood Interpersonal relations
