The position will also assist in coordinating motorcycle sales with the company’s financing business and deputize for the Sales Head when required.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities: \n\nSupport the Sales Head in driving sales performance across the branch and distribution network.\n\nWork closely with Regional Managers/Cluster Heads and branch teams to monitor performance and achieve sales targets.\n\nSupport the development and implementation of sales plans, promotions, pricing initiatives, and market expansion activities.\n\nMonitor sales performance, identify gaps, and support corrective actions to improve sales volumes and revenue.\n\nSupport dealer development and maintain strong relationships with dealers, bulk buyers, financiers, and other key channel partners.\n\nCoordinate with supply and dispatch teams to ensure appropriate stock availability across branches and minimize stock-outs.\n\nWork closely with Finance and the financing business to ensure smooth coordination between motorcycle sales and loan origination.\n\nSupport market intelligence activities, including monitoring competitor activity, pricing, promotions, and new market entrants.\n\nPrepare sales performance reports and provide regular updates to the Sales Head.\n\nSupport coaching, performance management, and accountability of regional and branch sales teams.\n\nConduct regular branch and market visits to assess performance, identify opportunities, and support sales teams.\n\nDeputize for the Sales Head when required.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience: \n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.\n\n4–6 years of progressive experience in sales, distribution, or multi-branch sales operations, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle sector.\n\nProven experience in achieving sales targets and managing regional, branch, dealer, or field sales teams.\n\nStrong understanding of sales planning, distribution, dealer management, stock management, pricing, and promotions.\n\nExperience working with financiers or asset-financing businesses is an added advantage.\n\nStrong commercial, analytical, negotiation, communication, and people-management skills.\n\nExperience in the generator business will be an added advantage.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel regularly
