By answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor queries and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.\n\nKey Duties and Responsibilities: \n\nTo conduct outbound calls back to ascertain customer satisfaction.\n\nBuild internal and external business relationships to support effective information sharing in the business.\n\nTo ensure database maintenance and cleansing by entering correct and complete customer information\n\nAttend promptly to customers’ inquiries and clarify the information as well as forward requests to other departments.\n\nReceive all customer inquiries to the business and support effective handling through escalation to the supervisor where necessary and ensure timely feedback to the customer6.\n\nCarry any other duties as and when assigned to you.\n\nAssisting clients in finding their way around the office.\n\nPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.\n\nQualifications, Skills and Experience: \n\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other Business related discipline\n\nExperience as a customer service representative at a call center or other environment with many customers.\n\nCredit in Math and English at O level is a MUST.\n\nCustomer and Personal Service skills\n\nProduct and Service Knowledge\n\nGood Computer
