You will be working closely with our pre-sales engineering as well as product development teams to align on client needs and product requirements.\nThe role is located in Mexico.\nTasks\nWhat you’ll do:Working in the Client Deployment Team, guaranteeing smooth delivery of solutions, including high-/low-level design with final technical deployment and integration of the solutions.\nPlanning, preparing, and setting up lab, test, and production environments for client and partnership deployments.\nInstalling and configuring cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes.\nAutomation, automation, automation - focusing on technical deployment and identifying ways to speed up these processes.\nMaintaining, monitoring, administering, and updating current deployments, ensuring the stability of solutions.\nHelping with incident management, providing 2nd-level support, error analysis, and classification.\nCoordinating customer requests and disseminating client information.\nUnlocking operational efficiency in deployment and support procedures.\nRequirements\nOur ideal new colleague:Experience with Linux machines (setup, admin, operation). \nExperience with complex networking infrastructures including routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing techniques. \nKnowledge of telecommunications systems (4G, 5G, IMS). \nHands-on in Kubernetes administration. \nDebugging and tracing skills (Wireshark). \nFluency in Spanish and English.\nNice To have (optional)\nUnderstanding of virtualizationand cloudcomputing. \nKnowledge of signalingstandards and protocols such as SIP and Diameter. \nWorkedwith public cloudlike AWS and GCP. \nIMS experience nice to have\n\nBenefits\nA little more about our culture and why you should joinWork-Life-Balance is a priority: Flexible working that suits you -
