You will build high-performance Go applications, optimize distributed systems, and improve operational efficiency in a cloud-native environment.\nTasks\nWhat You’ll Do\nNext-Gen IMS Development:Develop and scale features for our IMS solution usingGo (Golang), following a test-driven development (TDD) approach.\nCore Network Logic: Work across the full spectrum of IMS nodes (P/S/I-CSCF,MMTel, etc.), transitioning legacy signaling patterns into high-performance Go services.\nProtocol Implementation: Handle signaling and media protocols (SIP, Diameter, RTP) directly within Go-based micro-services.\nSystem Optimization: Perform deep-track testing, validation, and optimization to ensure low-latency performance and high-quality deliverables.\nStandards Alignment: Interpret3GPP specifications and implement them to ensure our IMS solution remains industry-compliant and interoperable.\nCloud-Native Operations: Work with a modern stack including Kubernetes, Redis, MySQL, and Prometheusbuild resilient, self-healing network functions.\nRequirements\nOur Ideal New Colleague\nStrong Go Proficiency: Deep experience in Go (Golang) is required, specifically with con currency patterns (go routines/channels) and performance tuning.\nTelephony & Signaling: Solid understanding of telephony standards, specifically SIP and Diameter.\nSystems Expertise: Very comfortable working in Linux environments and understanding low-level networking (TCP/UDP/SCTP).\nScripting: Knowledge of Python or Bash for automation and tooling.\nProblem Solver: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex distributed systems.\nMindset: Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid-remote startup environment.\nCommunication: Proficiency in English.\nBenefits\nBenefitsA little more about our culture and why you should join\nWork-Life-Balance is a priority: Flexible working that suits you -
