We pride ourselves on our service, as the first point of contact for our customers, your friendly and helpful demeanour is crucial as you diagnose and solve their IT issues or escalate them to our field service engineers, keeping the customer updated every step of the way.\nThe ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an administrative role.\nScheduling or first-line help desk analyst experience is desirable but not essential.\nA successful Field Service Co-ordinator will have various pre-requisite skills that typically include:\nExperience working with software such as google maps, word, outlook and excel\nExcellent customer service skills, alongside the ability to communicate accurately and in a timely manner.\nHave organisational abilities along with experience of working in a pressurised environment.\nAbility to quickly resolve any scheduling and SLA conflicts.\nProfessionalism to communicate in a polite and professional manner with peers.\nAbility to work autonomously, prioritising own workload and acting on own initiative.\nA good understanding of UK geography is required.\nWell versed in IT, you will have an understanding of network alongside computer hardware and windows desktop support.
