This position must be able to demonstrate each of the job specific skills and abilities listed.\nMinimum Job Qualifications\nLicensure or other certifications:\nEducational Requirements: High School Diploma\nMinimum Experience: 2+ years experience supporting critical IT infrastructure in a highly available 24x7 environment, such as Desktop support or Field Service support. \nOther:\nPreferred Job equipment and supplies and prepare requisition forms for new/replacement equipment\nPerform basic problem isolation within the network infrastructure and applications\nCreates technical documentation for infrastructure solutions\nEnsure the security of the system by driving standards and policies across all applicable technology towers\nAssist with new network infrastructure and applications deployment\nCoordinate and collaborate with vendors on repair and maintenance of various network systems and their components\nAssists Network Engineers with projects and deployments\nResponsible for the day-to-day operations of all network services and systems\nResponsible for collaborating with Field Services team, Communication Systems team, and Facilities team on cabling and IDF
