completeness.\n\nLightweight Development\nImplement minor bug fixes and small code enhancements as part of QA feedback.\n\nContribute to code reviews and assist in refactoring or documentation.\n\nCollaborate on scripting and automation to streamline validation, deployment, or monitoring steps.\n\nParticipate in team QA reviews and retrospectives to improve processes and automation coverage.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n1–3 years of professional experience in QA automation, software testing, or software engineering.\n\nWorking knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages.\n\nFamiliarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Unittest, Mocha/Jest).\n\nBasic understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).\n\nExperience with Git and modern source control workflows.\n\nComfortable working with JSON schemas, API validation, and data-driven testing.\n\nComfortable leveraging AI tools to augment and optimize day-to-day tasks.\n\nStrong attention to detail and process adherence.\n\nComfortable working in small, fast-moving technical teams.\n\nIdeal Candidate Traits\nHands-on and detail-oriented, with the ability to
