Working closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, you’ll manage multiple vacancies, develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. You’ll also help strengthen NHBC’s employer brand and deliver an excellent candidate experience.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nPartnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and agree effective hiring strategies.\nManaging multiple vacancies from briefing through to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.\nProactively sourcing and headhunting candidates through LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking and other channels.\nBuilding talent pipelines to support immediate vacancies and future recruitment needs.\nAdvising and influencing stakeholders on recruitment approaches, market trends and candidate availability.\nManaging relationships with recruitment agencies and external providers to maximise value for money.\nChampioning NHBC’s employer brand and identifying innovative ways to attract great talent.\nWorking collaboratively with HR and talent colleagues to align recruitment with wider workforce and succession plans.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nSubstantial hands-on experience managing multiple vacancies in a high-volume recruitment environment, either in-house or within an agency.\nProven experience in direct sourcing, headhunting and engaging passive candidates.\nStrong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches and other social networking tools for recruitment.\nExcellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and advise hiring managers.\nA proactive, organised approach, with strong time management and the ability to manage competing priorities.\nKnowledge of recruitment processes, systems and external market trends.\nThe ability to provide constructive candidate feedback and collaborate effectively with colleagues.\nWhat we offer\nOur benefits package includes:\n27 days annual leave + bank holidays\nholiday purchase scheme\nenhanced pension scheme (up to 10.5%)\nlife assurance\nsubsidised private medical insurance\nemployee discounts platform\ntwo days volunteer leave\nenhanced maternity, paternity, adoption leave and pay for all new parents\n+ many more!\nWho we are\nAt NHBC, we pride ourselves on being truly unique.
