Your role involves guiding them through the admission process, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition into our community.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAct as a liaison between prospective residents, families, and the facility\nIdentify and develop referral sources\nDevelop and maintain positive relationships with area hospitals and community agencies\nGenerate public relations and marketing opportunities\nCoordinate and facilitate the admissions process, including paperwork and assessments\nConduct pre-admission screenings and assessments\nExplain facility services, policies, and procedures to prospective residents and families\nCollaborate with healthcare teams to ensure proper care planning and coordination\nMaintain accurate records and documentation related to admissions\nHelp individuals and families transition to our care community in an environment where your expertise and dedication are valued and appreciated.
