Your friendly demeanor and reliable service will ensure residents receive the medical assessment and care necessary for their rehabilitation and well-being.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafely drive residents to medical appointments, outings, and other destinations according to assigned schedule\nAdhere to traffic laws, regulations, and facility policies to ensure the safety of passengers and others on the road\nAssist residents into and out of the vehicle\nSecure passengers’ wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs while driving\nCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to coordinate transportation schedules and ensure resident needs are met\nCommunicate with administrative staff regularly to receive instructions or report delays and disruptions of service\nMaintain the cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, performing routine inspections, refueling, and immediately reporting maintenance needs\nKeep records of trips and behavior of passengers\nIf you're a reliable and compassionate individual with an excellent driving history and passion for helping others, we would like to meet you!
