Your leadership will ensure our residents, staff, and visitors experience a safe and welcoming environment that supports high-quality healthcare. From emergency preparedness to regulatory compliance to everyday repairs, your work will make a direct difference in the lives of everyone who walks through our doors.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOversee all mechanical and structural aspects of the physical plant, inside and out.\nMaintain critical systems, including plumbing, boilers, burners, heating, and hot water.\nEnsure full compliance with all safety, sanitary, health, and fire codes, including NFPA 101 for healthcare facilities.\nRecruit, coach, and inspire a skilled maintenance team; may also oversee housekeeping and/or laundry operations.\nSet and manage schedules for staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely, high-quality work.\nInspect buildings and grounds regularly to ensure proper repair and safety.\nLead the creation, upkeep, and execution of our Emergency Preparedness Plan.\nPlan and oversee electrical system upgrades and equipment installations.\nManage departmental budgets, from supply ordering to invoice approvals.\nIf you are a maintenance leader with a passion for safety, preparedness, and operational excellence, we invite you to bring your skills and leadership to our team as the Maintenance Supervisor.\n-\nWhat We Offer\nAs an affiliate of National Health Care, our Regency team enjoys:\nCompetitive compensation and benefits package including a 10% defined contribution retirement plan\nComprehensive training and mentorship\nOpportunities for professional growth and development\nSupportive and collaborative work environment\nThe chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents\nRate of Pay\nUSD $36.00 - USD $43.00 /Hr.-\nWhat You'll Bring:\nQualifications of the Maintenance Supervisor include:\nTrade school graduate and/or licensed journeyman mechanic preferred.\n5+ years of plant engineering or skilled trades experience.\nA strong track record of safety, regulatory compliance, and ethical maintenance practices.\nProven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.\nClear, confident communication skills and proficiency in English (written and verbal).\nThe ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.\nAvailability to respond to emergencies outside regular working hours.\nExpertise in cost estimation, blueprint reading, and writing technical specifications.\n-\nWe Hire for Heart!\nNational Health Care Associates (National) is proud to be a family-run organization since 1984.
