This is an opportunity to help nurses regain professional registration, rebuild confidence and take the next step in their careers.\nAbout the role\nAs a Clinical Educator, you will support delivery of the Test of Competence Return to Practice Programme, helping nurses prepare for NMC registration and transition back into clinical practice. Working with the Clinical Education Lead and wider Academy team, you will deliver face-to-face teaching, virtual learning and practical simulation. \nYour key responsibilities will include: \nDeliver clinical education and training to nurses returning to practice. \nSupport candidates preparing for the NMC Computer-Based Test (CBT) and Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). \nFacilitate clinical skills workshops, simulation exercises and mock OSCE assessments. \nProvide constructive feedback, individual learning plans and ongoing learner support. \nHelp candidates rebuild clinical confidence, knowledge and practical skills. \nDevelop engaging and effective training materials. \nWork with NHS Trusts, clinical colleagues and the wider Academy team. \nContribute to programme quality, learner outcomes and continuous improvement. \nAbout The Candidate\nAbout you\nWe are looking for a knowledgeable, collaborative clinical education professional who is passionate about helping others succeed. \nCurrent NMC registration as a nurse or midwife. \nA clinical qualification at degree level or equivalent experience. \nA recognised clinical education or practice development qualification. \nExperience delivering clinical education, training or practice development. \nExperience of OSCE preparation, training or assessment. \nExperience supporting learners through mentoring or preceptorship. \nStrong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. \nA supportive, flexible and learner-focused approach. \nYou will be confident delivering practical and theoretical learning and committed to creating an inclusive, encouraging learning environment. \nWhy join NHS Professionals?\nAt NHS Professionals, we are passionate about putting people in places to care.
