Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and delivery partners, you'll help ensure Salesforce remains secure, reliable and aligned to business needs while supporting the delivery of new features and continuous improvements. The role reports to the Salesforce System Manager and is responsible for the ongoing administration, support and optimisation of the Salesforce platform.\nSkills/Responsibilities:\nOur Salesforce team is responsible for the support, governance, security and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform. We work closely with teams across NHS Professionals to deliver solutions that improve user experience, increase efficiency and support business growth.\nIn this role you will:\nAdminister and support the Salesforce platform, including user management, configuration and day-to-day system maintenance. \nWork with business teams to understand requirements and help deliver improvements that add value to the organisation. \nSupport Salesforce releases, testing activities, data quality initiatives and platform governance processes. \nInvestigate and resolve issues, provide user support and help maintain a stable, secure and high-performing platform.\nCollaborate with colleagues, suppliers and delivery partners to support the ongoing evolution of Salesforce across NHS Professionals.\nAbout The Candidate\nTo be successful in this post you will need to:Hold a Salesforce Administrator certification.
