You’ll also have experience in financial, capital and regulatory reporting, along with strong financial modelling capability and advanced Excel skills.\nYou’ll be a clear communicator who can make complex analysis easier to understand and enjoys partnering with actuarial, finance and other stakeholders to get the best outcomes.\nYou’ll bring:\nStrong analytical and problem solving skills, with attention to detail and a control mindset\nExposure to private health insurance, general insurance, life insurance or another financial services environment (highly regarded)\nExperience with insurance liabilities, reserving, IFRS 17, capital, solvency or financial reporting processes (preferred)\nPractical experience using programming, data manipulation or automation skills, for example SQL, Python, R, VBA or AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, automate manual tasks and build reliable repeatable processes\nExperience preparing management reporting, commentary or audit-supporting documentation (preferred)\nA continuous-improvement mindset, with the curiosity and initiative to identify manual or inefficient processes and use automation and AI responsibly to improve them. \nDon't tick every box?
