This role involves designing and maintaining scalable automation test suites, executing hybrid test strategies, and leveraging AI agents to accelerate automation and improve test coverage. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and deliver high-quality product releases. The engineer will also document defects, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute technical expertise to enhance both test efficiency and overall product quality.\nHow will you make an impact? \nConduct comprehensive end-to-end testing of web applications using both manual techniques and automated tools.\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and libraries.\nIntegrate automated accessibility checks into CI/CD pipelines to enforce shift-left accessibility practices.\nDocument findings with clear, actionable defect descriptions and supporting screenshots in the team's test management system (e.g., JIRA).\nAnalyze information, troubleshoot issues, and reach sound conclusions within own area of technical expertise.\nCreate and execute automated E2E test cases for web applications, including test data generation.\nMaintain and support automation infrastructure.\nOwn and deliver tasks of low to medium complexity independently.\nParticipate in training to continuously build technical and non-technical knowledge.\nAdhere to defined SDLC processes and QA best practices.\nHave you got what it takes?\nB.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.\n2-4 years of experience in IT as an Automation QA Engineer.\n2+ years of hands-on experience in UI automation testing.\nProficiency with Playwright or equivalent UI testing tools.\nStrong programming skills in TypeScript, Java, or JavaScript.\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.\nExperience with defect management and tracking tools, preferably JIRA.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nExposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent.\nDesirable: knowledge of API validation using Postman or REST APIs.\nDesirable: familiarity with cloud services such as AWS.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; strong English proficiency.\nPreferred Certification:\nISTQB Certified or equivalent\nWhat’s in it for you?\nJoin an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams - comprised of the best of the best - work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
