As a Cloud FinOps Business Partner, you'll sit at the center of how NiCE invests in, optimizes, and governs a large-scale cloud footprint. Working across Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement and IT, you'll drive cost visibility, lead optimization programs, and shape best-practice FinOps at scale - boosting the company's cloud efficiency and cloud governance.\nHow will you make an impact? \nSupport business units with cloud cost transparency by preparing reports, dashboards, and cost breakdowns.\nPartner with Engineering, Cloud Ops, Finance and Product teams to turn cost insights into action\nAssist in company-wide cloud efficiency and cost-optimization programs by analyzing usage data and identifying savings opportunities.\nTrack and maintain FinOps KPIs and reporting; build and maintain optimization roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.\nMonitor commitment coverage (Reserved Instances, Savings Plans) and flag commercial opportunities for review.\nAnalyze AWS cost and usage reports and assist with budget tracking and variance analysis.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders and help contextualize cloud billing data for non-technical audiences.\nParticipate in FinOps initiatives around AI workloads and assist in tracking AI-related cloud costs.\nHave you got what it takes?\n2+ years of FinOps experience in large scale organizations.\n5+ years of hands-on complex project management experience.\nHands-on experience with AWS and Azure console and services; familiarity with GCP is a plus.\nStrong data-analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Excel.\nBachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Accounting, or Information Technology.\nUnderstanding of accounting or financial concepts.\nAbility to manage and communicate with stakeholders effectively\nProficient English\nWhat’s in it for you?\nJoin an ever-growing, market-disrupting, global company where the teams - comprised of the best of the best - work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
