And if you're like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.\nSo, what's the role all about?\nAs a Full Stack Cloud Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, reliability, availability, and performance of NICE's cloud and datacenter infrastructure. Working across Windows, Linux, AWS, VMware, and physical compute environments, you will support business-critical production systems that power our global operations.You will proactively monitor infrastructure, resolve incidents, optimize system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes. This role offers the opportunity to work across modern cloud technologies and enterprise-scale infrastructure while helping maintain a secure and highly available environment.How will you make an impact?\nMaintaining, monitoring, and supporting enterprise production infrastructure environments to ensure maximum uptime and performance. \nAdministering AWS cloud resources and services, ensuring security, scalability, and operational excellence. \nSupporting multiple infrastructure platforms and applications of medium to high complexity across cloud and datacenter environments. \nMonitoring systems, troubleshooting incidents, and resolving operational issues in accordance with defined processes and SLAs. \nAnalyzing operational metrics and enhancing infrastructure performance through continuous improvement initiatives. \nManaging core infrastructure services including DNS, FTP, IIS, application environments, Active Directory, and identity management solutions.\nParticipating in on-call rotations and communicating critical events effectively to stakeholders, operational teams, and leadership. \nSupporting physical datacenter operations including hardware installation, cabling, racking, maintenance activities, and infrastructure upgrades. \nManaging user accounts and permissions through AWS IAM and other identity management platforms.\nImplementing server updates, capacity planning activities, operating system patching, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.\nHave you got what it takes?\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.\n3+ years of experience supporting large-scale production infrastructure environments.\n3+ years of hands-on Windows Server administration experience in enterprise production environments.\n3+ years of experience configuring and supporting server hardware and operating systems. \nExperience working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and timelines. \nStrong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Domains, DNS, and enterprise infrastructure services. \nExperience with Windows and Linux operating system patching and maintenance.\nIntermediate Linux administration skills and practical operational experience. \nExperience following change management processes and operational governance standards.\nYou will have an advantage if you also have:\nExperience working within PCI-DSS, Cyber Essentials, or other regulated compliance environments.\nExperience with AWS EKS and ECS container platforms. \nHands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Chef, Ansible, or Puppet.\nExperience managing SAN and NAS storage environments. \nExperience with Okta identity and access management solutions.\nExperience supporting hardware lifecycle management and vendor coordination activities. \nExperience managing Cisco UCS environments. \nStrong AWS monitoring and infrastructure management experience. \nExperience with PowerShell and other scripting languages for automation and operational efficiency. \nWhat's in it for you?\nJoin an industry-leading, global technology organization where innovation, cloud transformation, and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do.
