The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with modern data analytics and AI-driven capabilities, enabling faster insights, improved forecasting accuracy, and enhanced business outcomes.\nHow will you make an impact? \nPartner with business functions to support financial planning and business decision-making.\nDrive budgeting, forecasting, monthly close analysis, and long-range planning processes.\nDevelop financial models, scenario analyses, and predictive forecasting methodologies.\nLeverage AI, automation, and modern analytics tools to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.\nIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities through data-driven analysis.\nSupport cross-functional initiatives and alignment across business units.\nHave you got what it takes?\nAt least 5 years of FP&A experience, in a high-growth technology company.\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business or a related field.\nStrong analytical background with hands-on FP&A experience.\nAdvanced Excel and financial modelling skills.\nExperience applying AI and automation to financial planning, forecasting, reporting, or business analysis.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Claude, MS copilot or similar solutions.\nCuriosity and willingness to continuously learn and adopt emerging technologies.\nStrong executive presentation skills\nAbility to transform complex data into clear business insights.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills\nWhat’s in it for you?\nEnjoy NiCE-FLEX!\nAt NiCE, we work according to the NiCE-FLEX hybrid model, which enables maximum flexibility: 2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work, each week.
