As a Partner Program Manager, you’ll turn partner and Go-To-Market priorities into local programs that change how our partners engage, sell, and grow with NiCE. This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you’ll identify opportunities within different partner segments and translate them into tangible program initiatives. That could mean creating a new incentive to accelerate Partner activity, developing a differentiated value proposition for GSIs, evolving partner benefits to support a strategic solution, or piloting a new program approach in response to a changing market opportunity. You’ll take initiatives from idea through to execution, working across Partner Sales/Alliances, Marketing, Enablement, Operations, Finance and other teams to shape the proposition, develop the business case, launch the program and measure its impact.
