patients enjoy a frictionless care experience.\nRequirements\n10+ Years of Engineering Experience: Deep experience developing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality, secure, and complex web and mobile platforms. \nHigh-Output IC Leadership: Proven ability as a Staff or Principal Engineer who thrives on writing significant amounts of production code while guiding system design.\nModern Stack Mastery: Deep proficiency with our stack, specifically Kotlin, Spring Boot, Python, TypeScript, React (for Web), and relational databases (PostgreSQL).\nCloud, IaC & Automation Expertise: Strong practical experience with GCP, containerization (Docker), Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and continuous integration/delivery pipelines via GitHub Actions.\n Algorithmic & AI Interest: Familiarity with optimization problems (e.g., dispatch/routing logic) and integrating AI/LLM tools or APIs into existing application workflows.\n Healthcare Domain Experience: Prior experience navigating HIPAA compliance, EHR/EMR systems, telehealth platforms, or health-tech integrations (HL7, FHIR) is highly preferred.\nPragmatic Problem Solver: Ability to balance technical perfection with
