The successful candidate will partner closely with HR Operations, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Shared Services teams to identify process improvement opportunities, optimize workflows, strengthen operational governance, improve data quality, and leverage technology to enhance the employee experience and scale HR service delivery globally. \nIn addition, this individual will support day-to-day employee lifecycle operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of onboarding, employee changes, mobility, compensation updates, offboarding, and other core HR processes. \nThe ideal candidate combines strong HR Operations expertise with a solution-oriented mindset, utilizing data, technology, AI and operational insights to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive sustainable improvements across the HR organization. \nHow will you make an impact? \nProcess Improvement & Operational Excellence \nAnalyze HR processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, service gaps, and recurring issues. \nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across employee lifecycle processes. \nCreate and maintain SOPs, process documentation, governance controls, and operational playbooks. \nConduct root-cause analysis and recommend sustainable solutions to improve operational performance. \nGlobal Employee Lifecycle Management \nManage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, job changes, mobility, compensation changes, and offboarding. \nEnsure timely and accurate processing of employee data and HR transactions. \nMaintain employee records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. \nHR Systems & Service Delivery \nPartner with HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to optimize HR workflows and system processes. \nSupport enhancements within Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and related HR technologies. \nMonitor service delivery metrics and identify opportunities to improve SLA performance and employee experience. \nPromote adoption of standardized processes and case management best practices. \nData Governance & Analytics \nMaintain high standards of HR data quality and integrity. \nPerform audits and data validation activities to identify and resolve discrepancies. \nLeverage reporting tools and operational metrics to generate insights and recommendations for HR leadership. \nHave you got what it takes? \n2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS, or related HR functions within a global enterprise organization. \nDemonstrated experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. \nStrong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and service delivery models. \nExperience working with enterprise HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors. \nExperience working with case management or ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills. \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \nFluent English, written and verbal. \nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience working in a complex global environment. \nExperience with process mapping, workflow design, and continuous improvement methodologies. \nStrong reporting and analytics capabilities using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools. \nExperience supporting automation, system enhancements, or digital transformation initiatives. \nFamiliarity with HR operational governance, quality assurance, and service delivery metrics. \nWhat’s in it for you?\nJoin an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams - comprised of the best of the best - work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
