The role owns the monthly payroll cycle, covers a wide range of pay components, runs payroll controls, works with internal and external parties, and gives professional support to employees and managers.\nHow will you make an impact? \nManage the monthly payroll process from start to finish.\nProcess final settlements for employees who leave the company.\nHandle social contributions and employee entitlements, and submit reports to pension bodies.\nProduce payroll reports, carry out payroll controls, and give employees and managers professional answers.\nWork in the Hilan and Hilanet systems, including the Ofek report generator, and help improve and streamline work processes\nHave you got what it takes?\nMandatory\nPayroll accountant certificate.\nAt least 3 years of experience as a payroll accountant in a medium or large organization.\nHands-on experience with the Hilan system.\nAvailability for half-time role.\nAdditional requirements\nExperience with payroll controls and attendance reports, pay components, and social contributions.\nFamiliarity with Hilanet and the Ofek report generator.\nGood knowledge of labor law, income tax, and National Insurance.\nVery good Excel skills.\nExperience working with pension bodies.\nAbility to work independently, a strong service orientation, and discretion.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nEnjoy NiCE-FLEX!\nAt NiCE, we work according to the NiCE-FLEX hybrid model, which enables maximum flexibility: 2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work, each week.
