And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.\nProfessional Services Engineer - Public Safety\nWhat’s this role all about?\nAs a Professional Services Engineer supporting NICE Public Safety customers, you’ll be a hands-on technical lead responsible for installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and bringing complex NICE solutions live at customer sites.\nYou’ll work across servers, networking, databases, virtualization, and telephony while partnering directly with customers and Project Managers to deliver successful implementations from installation through go-live.\nWhat you'll do\nServe as the primary technical resource for customer installations and implementations.\n\nInstall and configure NICE software, hardware, servers, and virtualization platforms.\n\nIntegrate NICE solutions with customer networks, PBX, CTI, and telephony environments.\n\nTroubleshoot hardware, software, networking, database, and telephony issues.\n\nComplete Installation Test Procedures and ensure systems are production-ready.\n\nManage customer communication, expectations, and technical escalations.\n\nPartner with Project Managers, Support, and other technical teams throughout implementations.\n\nComplete site documentation, as-builts, testing, and knowledge transfer.\n\nProvide basic technical training to customer teams.\n\nDocument lessons learned and contribute to the internal knowledge base.\n\nProvide remote customer support between onsite deployments.\n\nWhat you'll bring\n3+ years of relevant implementation or field engineering experience.\n\nExperience working directly at customer sites as a vendor, consultant, or implementation engineer.\n\nExperience with telephony, hardware, networking, and databases.\n\nStrong Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server knowledge.\n\nStrong networking, routing, and firewall knowledge.\n\nExperience with SIP, VoIP, SIPREC, CTI/CDR, and telephony systems.\n\nExperience with PowerShell, Wireshark, IIS, Active Directory, and troubleshooting tools.\n\nHands-on hardware and server experience.\n\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.\n\nPublic Safety experience strongly preferred.\n\nSecurity+, Microsoft, networking, Cisco, or related certifications are a plus.\n\nTravel & Schedule\nApproximately 90% travel is required. Candidates must be comfortable with frequent domestic travel, overnight stays, short-notice travel, and working outside of standard business hours when customer implementations require it.\n About NiCE\nNICE Ltd.
