You will work closely with clients, Architects, Implementers, QA, Product Management, R&D, and Project Managers to understand and analyze business requirements and support the implementation of fraud-management solutions. The role is focused on requirements analysis, data mapping, fraud analytics, solution walkthroughs, and functional validation across banking and financial services. The role requires a good understanding of fraud-management processes, strong Business Analysis skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional delivery teams.\nHow will you make an impact?\nWork directly with clients to understand business requirements and support the implementation of NICE Actimize Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) solutions.\nConduct and support requirement-gathering sessions with client business, fraud, data, and technology stakeholders.\nPerform business and functional requirements analysis, including current-state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) analysis.\nTranslate business and fraud requirements into functional requirements, use cases, process flows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.\nAnalyse client requirements against Actimize product capabilities and provide recommendations on the appropriate product functionality or configuration.\nPerform source-to-target data mapping, data-gap analysis, field-level analysis, and data validation required for fraud solution implementation.\nAnalyse fraud scenarios, transaction patterns, rules, profiles, thresholds, alerts, and other relevant fraud-management requirements to support solution design and implementation.\nPrepare and deliver solution walkthroughs, functional demonstrations, and client presentations to explain proposed Actimize functionality and implementation approaches.\nSupport Actimize solution implementation and configuration by working closely with Architects, Implementers, R&D, QA, Product Managers, and Project Managers.\nSupport SIT, UAT, defect analysis, functional validation, and issue resolution, coordinating with the relevant client and internal teams.\nIdentify functional gaps, data issues, and implementation challenges and work with the appropriate stakeholders to drive them to resolution.\nProvide practical product and fraud-domain guidance to clients during implementation while ensuring requirements remain aligned with the agreed solution scope.\nHave you got what it takes?\n5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis within the Banking and Financial Services domain, with experience in fraud-management products or fraud-solution implementations.\nHands-on experience in fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, fraud management, or fraud-detection solutions, preferably in a product or implementation environment.\nExperience working as a Business Analyst on client-facing product implementation projects, including requirements gathering and functional analysis.\nStrong understanding of business and functional requirements analysis, including as-is/to-be processes, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.\nExperience with data mapping, data-gap analysis, data validation, and transaction-data analysis.\nGood working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and investigation of data issues.\nGood understanding of fraud scenarios, detection rules, profiling, thresholds, alerts, and fraud analytics.\nWorking knowledge of payment systems and payment journeys across different regions and payment methods globally, such as domestic and international payments, real-time payments, SEPA, SWIFT/Wire, and other payment rails.\nExperience preparing and delivering solution walkthroughs, functional demonstrations, and client presentations.\nAbility to understand client requirements and translate them into functional solutions aligned with product capabilities.\nExperience supporting SIT, UAT, defect analysis, functional validation, and implementation issue resolution.\nKnowledge of NICE Actimize IFM / IFM-X or other fraud-management products is preferred, but not mandatory.\nStrong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional delivery teams.\nKnowledge of banking interfaces, XML/JSON, or file-based integrations is an advantage.\n\nPreferred Tools & Technologies:\nNICE Actimize IFM / IFM-X or other fraud-management products\nSQL and data-analysis tools\nJIRA and Agile delivery tools\nMS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Teams\nExperience with banking/payment interfaces, data schemas, XML, JSON, or file-based integrations is desirable\nWhat’s it in for you?\nJoin an ever-growing, market-disrupting global company where teams work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
