You’ll be working on mission-critical systems deployed across AWS, supporting high-scale applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.\nHow will you make an impact?\nYou’ll be responsible for:\nProduction support with hands on with NiCE Actimize product portfolio like AML/IFM or other product or solution.\nWorking knowledge in finacial/banking sector on payment related field Zelle Fedwire.\nKnowledge in Dockers/Kubernetes is a plus.\nBuilding proactive monitoring and alerting services.\nAutomating tasks using Ansible, Python, Perl, and other scripting languages.\nInvestigating performance and stability issues internally and at client sites.\nTuning Actimize Platform (AIS and RCM), OS, application servers, and databases for optimal performance.\nIdentifying performance bottlenecks and conducting root cause analysis.\nParticipating in performance-related design reviews.\nConfiguring and optimizing instances and web servers (e.g., adjusting connection limits, request queuing thresholds).\nProviding AWS troubleshooting support across EC2, S3, IAM, ASG, ELB, CFN, VPC, DX, VPN.\nSupporting and implementing infrastructure and application deployments alongside Technical & Operations teams.\nHandling high-severity incidents spanning multiple AWS services.\nDeveloping scripts and tools to automate AWS resource deployment with minimal manual intervention.\nDriving customer communication during critical events.\nProviding on-call support and working flexibly in a 24x7 shift environment.\nHave you got what it takes?\n4+ years of relevant experience in Infrastructure Operations, or Application Support.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nExpertise in performance tuning, root cause analysis, and bottleneck mitigation.\nHands-on experience managing 2-tier/3-tier applications.\nProficiency in scripting languages: Ansible, Perl, Python, Ruby, Shell, PowerShell.\nSolid understanding of AWS core services and container orchestration (Kubernetes).\nExperience with databases: SQL, Oracle, Postgres, Cassandra.\nFamiliarity with ELK, Splunk, Kafka, and middleware technologies (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere).\nExposure to APM tools like AppDynamics and Dynatrace.\nExperience in Java performance testing and tuning.\nCollaboration with architecture teams for hardware sizing.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAdditional Skills Desired\nCloud and application-level security experience.\nAgile/Sprint development model exposure.\nExperience with incident management tools like OpsGenie, AlertOps, PagerDuty/OpenDuty.\nTroubleshooting Java and database performance issues.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nJoin an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams - comprised of the best of the best - work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
