And if you're like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.\nSo, what's the role all about?\nAs a Full Stack Cloud Operations Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, reliability, availability, and performance of NICE's cloud and datacenter infrastructure. Working across Windows, Linux, AWS, VMware, and physical compute environments, you will support business-critical production systems that power our global operations.You will proactively monitor infrastructure, resolve incidents, optimize system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes. This role offers the opportunity to work across modern cloud technologies and enterprise-scale infrastructure while helping maintain a secure and highly available environment.How will you make an impact?\nMaintain, monitor, and support a production infrastructure environment\nAdministration of AWS environment and resources\nSupports multiple systems or applications of medium to high complexity\nFollows defined procedures to monitor systems and resolve issues\nAnalyzes and reports on operational metrics to understand performance and ensure success in process improvements\nManage DNS, FTP, IIS, and Application environments\nParticipate in an On-Call rotation\nCommunicates events to stakeholders, teams, and leadership\nWork with cabling, racking, and other tasks in Physical Data Centers (Some Travel May Be Required)\nCreate user accounts in IAM and other user management resources\nUpdating Production Server Resources and Sizing\nSupport and troubleshooting in medium to complex technical issues\nFollow the company Code of Ethics and CXone policies and procedures at all times\nHave you got what it takes?\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n5+ years working in a large production infrastructure\n5+ years in Windows Server Administration in a Production Environment\n5+ years configuring server hardware and OS\nExperience managing and hardening Linux servers in production environments (RHEL, Ubuntu, or Amazon Linux)\nExperience successfully working in fast-paced production environments with rapidly changing priorities and timelines\nMicrosoft and Linux OS Patching\nStrong Knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory and DNS\nExperience working with Change Management\nYou will have an advantage if you also have:\nExperience working in a PCI / Cyber Essentials compliant environment\nAWS EKS and ECS Experience\nExperience maintaining relational databases\nExperience working with Chef, Ansible or Puppet\nExperience working with SAN or NAS\nExperience working with Okta\nExperience working with Hardware Replacements/Vendor Work\nExperience managing Cisco UCS\nExperience monitoring and maintaining AWS environments.\nExperience working with PowerShell and other scripting languages\nWhat's in it for you?\nJoin an industry-leading, global technology organization where innovation, cloud transformation, and operational excellence are at the heart of everything we do.
