You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality products.\nHow will you make an impact? \nHandle daily client change requests, client version upgrades, capacity management, and system standardization activities (75%).\n\nPerform product testing, including functional, regression, integration, API, and IVR call flow testing (25%).\n\nDesign, create, and execute test cases and test scenarios.\n\nValidate API integrations using SOAP UI, ReadyAPI, or similar tools.\n\nTest end-to-end client portal builds and web-based applications.\n\nIdentify, log, track, and verify defects through resolution.\n\nValidate backend data using basic SQL queries.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely releases.\n\nMaintain testing documentation and support continuous quality improvements.\n\nYou will also have an advantage if you have experience in:-\nAPI Testing knowledge\nKnowledge in any Scripting Language\nOpen Source SOAPUI/Commercial READY API\nManual Testing courses / certifications\nExposure on XML and JSON\nUI Automation tools\n What’s in it for you?\nJoin an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams - comprised of the best of the best - work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
