So, what’s the role all about?

As an LMS & Learning Technology Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and eventually owning the end-to-end LMS implementation, day-to-day administration, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement of Actimize University’s learning platform. The role will work closely with Learning & Development, Content Development, Trainers, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless learner and administrator experience.

How will you make an impact?

• LMS implementation and administration: Support and eventually own end-to-end LMS implementation, configuration, testing, and rollout. Manage users, enrollments, learning plans, courses, certifications, permissions, and workflows. Configure and maintain LMS features based on AU business requirements. Coordinate with LMS vendors and internal IT teams for integrations and issue resolution.
• Learning operations: Manage training registrations, learner access, course assignments, and certification workflows. Ensure LMS data and learning records are accurate and up to date. Provide operational support to trainers, content developers, administrators, and learners. Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimize disruption.
• Reporting and analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports covering learner activity, course completion, certifications, training participation, and other AU KPIs. Provide actionable insights to improve learner engagement and operational efficiency. Automate recurring reports and administrative processes wherever possible.
• Content and digital learning enablement: Partner with content developers to publish and maintain self-paced learning content. Support SCORM/xAPI and other digital learning standards as applicable. Ensure content is correctly configured, tested, and production-ready within the LMS.
• Continuous improvement and innovation: Identify opportunities to automate and simplify LMS processes. Explore AI and emerging learning technologies to improve learner experience and operational efficiency. Establish and maintain LMS administration standards, processes, and documentation.

Have you got what it takes?

• 5-8 years of experience in LMS administration, Learning Technology, or Learning Operations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise LMS platforms such as Sana, Docebo, Cornerstone, Moodle, SuccessFactors, or similar.
• Experience in LMS implementation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of digital learning, SCORM, learner management, and certification workflows.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; experience with Excel/Power BI is desirable.
• Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

• Experience supporting a large-scale LMS implementation.
• Exposure to APIs, integrations, SSO, and learning technology ecosystems.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning platforms and automation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure is an advantage.
• Experience in professional services, enterprise software, or technology training environments.

Within the first 12 months, the successful candidate should be able to:

• Successfully support the AU LMS implementation and rollout.
• Independently manage day-to-day LMS operations.
• Establish robust LMS administration processes and governance.
• Improve automation and reduce manual administrative effort.
• Provide reliable learning analytics and reporting.
• Deliver a smooth experience for learners, trainers, content developers, and stakeholders.
• Become the go-to SME for AU’s learning technology ecosystem.
