This role requires deep hands-on program governance capabilities, exceptional stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership to drive end-to-end execution of Actimize delivery programs.\nYou will collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless execution across all lifecycle stages while maintaining strong client relationships and program governance standards.\nWork Hours (Mandatory):\n- EMEA Shift: 2 PM to 10 PM IST\n\nHow will you make an impact?\nIn this role, you will be accountable for full program lifecycle leadership and act as a key liaison between clients, business teams, technical teams, and GTC. You will ensure programs run smoothly, meet expectations, and deliver measurable outcomes.\n- Owning and leading the complete delivery lifecycle including requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.\n- Governing program execution across multiple workstreams while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.\n- Building and maintaining strong client relationships at all levels.\n- Preparing and delivering executive-level program updates and governance reports.\n- Managing escalations and driving corrective action plans to closure.\n- Identifying program risks, conflicts, and mitigation plans proactively.\n- Collaborating with global NiCE teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies.\n- Acting as a key interface between business stakeholders, technical teams, and GTC.\n- Ensuring compliance with NiCE processes, delivery frameworks, and Code of Ethics.\nHave you got what it takes?\nExperience & Qualifications\n- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on technology experience.\n- Minimum 5+ years of project/program management experience.\n- Mandatory experience leading large-scale enterprise Cloud Migration programs.\n- PMP or Prince2 certification - Mandatory.\n- Strong expertise with MS Project and deep understanding of SDLC (Waterfall).\n- Experience in Financial Services / Capital Markets / Investment Banking.\n- NiCE Actimize experience - Preferred.\n- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.\nSkills & Capabilities\n- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.\n- Ability to manage multi-stakeholder, high-complexity delivery environments.\n- Strong analytical, organizational, and governance capabilities.\n- Ability to collaborate across global teams and drive program outcomes.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nJoin an ever-growing, market-disrupting, global company where the teams - comprised of the best of the best - work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
