You'll drive end-to-end delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful outcomes in highly regulated environments.\n\nHow will you make an impact?\nLead end-to-end delivery of Compliance, Cloud Migration, and SaaS implementation projects.\nAct as the primary customer-facing project lead throughout the project lifecycle.\nManage project plans, schedules, governance, risks, and dependencies.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across Product, R&D, Operations, and Professional Services.\nDrive stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and governance reviews.\nEnsure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and internal standards.\nSupport change management, implementation readiness, and continuous improvement.\nBuild strong customer relationships while driving delivery excellence.\n\nHave you got what it takes?\n11-15 years of project management experience in Compliance, Financial Services, Technology, or other regulated industries.\nProven experience managing large-scale, complex, multi-stakeholder programs.\nExperience leading Cloud Migration, SaaS implementation, or technology transformation initiatives.\nStrong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery best practices.\nExperience leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams.\nExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\nAbility to manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and governance reporting.\nExperience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.\nStrong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nWillingness to work in a hybrid model and support global customers, including US business hours when required.\n\nYou will have an advantage if you also have:\nExperience in Compliance, AML, Financial Crime, Trade Surveillance, Risk Management, or RegTech.\nExposure to Security, Privacy, and Regulatory Compliance frameworks.\nPMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification.\nExperience with SURVEIL-X, NTR-X, or similar compliance SaaS platforms.\nExperience leading Cloud, AI/GenAI, or Digital Transformation programs.\nConsulting, Professional Services, or customer-facing delivery experience.\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\nJoin a market-leading global company where innovation, collaboration, and career growth are part of everyday life.
