This is an advanced contributor role with strategic influence-requiring content planning, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvement.\nHow will you make an impact?\nOwn end-to-end documentation for complex enterprise software products.\nPartner with SMEs, developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality, user-focused content.\nCreate and maintain structured content: user guides, developer/API docs, and contextual help.\nSimplify complex concepts for diverse audiences including customers, support, and developers.\nCreate and integrate visual aids and videos to enhance comprehension.\nAlign deliverables with Agile sprints and release timelines.\nProvide editorial and mentoring support to other writers and content contributors\nChampion best practices in technical communication and drive process efficiencies within the team\nHave you got what it takes?\n4-7 years of experience as a technical writer in an enterprise software development environment.\nExperience working with large-scale enterprise products and understanding the nuances of multi-tenant, cloud-native platforms.\nAbility to translate functional specifications and test scenarios into user-friendly documentation, ensuring alignment with product behavior.\nSkilled at documenting user workflows, product configurations, and system integrations within enterprise ecosystems.\nDeep experience in Agile environments and topic-based authoring.\nStrong grasp of APIs and developer-centric documentation.\nAbility to learn complex technology and tools.\nExperience creating clear and structured guides for different audiences, including developers (API documentation).\nExperience with Madcap Flare, Git, and Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence), SnaGit, Camtasia, Clip Champ, Litmos, and XML authoring\nExperience creating videos for technical documentation.
