So, what's the role all about?
We’re looking for a technical leader who can think strategically, understand how new features impact the entire system, and design smart integrations between NICE CXone and (ex) Brand Embassy products. Someone who combines vision, practicality, and solid engineering judgment.
How will you have an impact?
- Define the architecture of new product innovations in collaboration with Product Management and other architects
- Design integrations between microservices/systems across the NICE product portfolio
- Choose the right patterns, frameworks, and technologies - especially within the AWS ecosystem (SQS, Kinesis, ECS, EKS, …)
- Set the technical direction end-to-end and work closely with development teams
- Propose long-term improvements to system quality and architecture
- Act as a technology evangelist within the organization - share best practices and drive improvement
- Work mainly with PHP and JavaScript
- Contribute to the adoption of AI within our products and internal processes
- Collaborate with a global network of architects and engineers
- You’ll shape a global SaaS platform that connects businesses and customers through 30+ digital channels (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and more)
- As the first digital product in NICE, we integrate with both legacy and new systems - so your work will never get repetitive
- You’ll have real influence on technology direction, scaling strategies, and architecture decisions
- Work in a Prague-based R&D team with a great sense of humor and no corporate stiffness

Hledáme technologického lídra, který dokáže domýšlet dopady nových funkcí napříč systémy a navrhovat elegantní integrace mezi produkty NICE CXone a (ex) Brand Embassy. Zkrátka člověka, který dokáže spojit vizi, praxi a technologickou čistotu.

- Co u nás budeš dělat:
- Definovat architekturu nových produktových inovací ve spolupráci s product managementem a dalšími architekty
- Navrhovat integrace mezi microservices / systémy napříč NICE portfoliem
- Určovat správné technologické patterny a stack (hlavně v AWS: SQS, Kinesis, ECS, EKS…)
- Nastavovat technický směr end-to-end a úzce spolupracovat s vývojovými týmy
- Navrhovat dlouhodobá zlepšení architektury a kvality kódu
- Být technologickým evangelistou - sdílet know-how a podporovat dobré praktiky
- Pracovat v kontextu PHP, JavaScript a přispívat k zavádění AI do našich procesů i produktů
- Spolupracovat s globálním týmem architektů a vývojářů
