This is a high-impact role demanding strong leadership, deep domain knowledge, and a solid track record of delivering complex projects. You'll collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution - on time, within scope, and on budget.\nHow will you make an impact?\nLead end-to-end delivery of cloud-based projects in the financial services domain.\nDefine project scope, objectives, and success criteria aligned with business goals.\nDevelop and manage detailed project plans covering resource allocation, timelines, budgets, forecasts, and risk mitigation.\nMonitor project performance, managing changes in scope, schedule, and cost.\nCoordinate effectively across cross-functional teams in multiple time zones.\nEngage with stakeholders - clients, vendors, and internal leadership - to align expectations and resolve issues.\nUse Microsoft Project to manage schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.\nProactively identify and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.\nEnsure compliance with Waterfall methodology and industry best practices.\nOversee day-to-day project execution, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.\nManage offshore & onshore teams and optimize delivery performance.\nConduct post-implementation reviews and ensure client satisfaction with final deliverables.\nHave you got what it takes?\n8+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager.\nThis role requires working in the US shift (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST) to effectively collaborate with US-based teams and clients\nProven track record delivering cloud-based projects in FinTech or BFS environments.\nDeep experience with Waterfall project management methodologies.\nProficiency in Microsoft Project for tracking and managing projects.\nExperience managing project budgets and financial forecasts.\nCertified in PMP or Prince2.\nStrong understanding of BFS domain processes, regulations, and technologies.\nExcellent leadership and global team management skills.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills for working with global stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nYou will have an advantage if you also have:\nExperience with Actimize platforms and solutions.\nHands-on experience in cloud migration or transition initiatives.\nFamiliarity with onsite-offshore delivery models.\nExposure to Agile methodologies in hybrid project environments.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.\nWhat's in it for you?
