We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of technology and AI initiatives, ensuring timely execution, effective stakeholder collaboration, and successful deployment.\nYou will manage multiple projects across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), coordinating global teams to turn innovative ideas into scalable, business-ready solutions.\nHow will you make an impact?\nOwn the SPARK delivery engine, ensuring ideas move from concept to adoption through strong governance, clear plans, and proactive stakeholder management.\nManage the incubation portfolio from intake through prototype, pilot, and enterprise rollout using Agile methodologies, stage gates, and structured delivery practices.\nLead sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and delivery tracking through Monday.com, ensuring transparency and execution excellence.\nOversee scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and governance, maintaining RAID logs and proactively resolving blockers and escalations.\nPartner with Business Analysts, AI Architects, and Builders to define initiative charters and deliver measurable business outcomes.\nDrive stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on progress, risks, decisions, and value realization.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across global regions, ensuring collaboration, accountability, and seamless transition from build to operations.\nApply an AI-aware delivery approach, managing the lifecycle from experimentation and deployment to monitoring, adoption, and continuous improvement.\nTrack delivery and value metrics, capture lessons learned, and evolve a repeatable SPARK delivery playbook.\nEnsure successful deployment and handover through UAT, training, support readiness, ServiceNow processes, and SLA-aligned operational support.\nHave you got what it takes?\nBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience\n8-11 years of project/program management in software or technology delivery across the full SDLC\nExperience delivering AI/ML/Generative AI solutions, including at least one production deployment\nStrong Agile and hybrid delivery expertise with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps\nProven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and risks\nExperience leading global, cross-functional teams without direct authority\nStrong executive-facing communication and presentation skills\nPractical understanding of AI model evaluation, deployment, and monitoring\nFluent in English\nYou will have an advantage if you also have:\nExperience taking AI/GenAI projects from prototype or pilot to production.\nExposure to innovation labs, stage-gated delivery, MLOps, or LLMOps.\nExperience with global onsite/offshore delivery models and enterprise rollouts.\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow, support SLAs, and incident management.\nPMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification.\nExperience in CX, contact centre, CCaaS, or enterprise SaaS environments.\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\nJoin SPARK and help transform AI ideas into practical solutions used across NiCE.
