And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.\nSo, what’s the role all about?\nThe Project Manager (PM) in NiCE Actimize Professional Services is accountable for end-to-end delivery of client implementations, from Sales handover through Go-Live and transition to Managed Services / Support.\nThe PM owns delivery governance, scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and client communication, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with contractual commitments, using the PS Actimize Project Delivery Methodology (PDM).\nTravel: As required for customer engagements\nTiming: US Shift (5 PM to 2 AM IST)\nHow will you make an impact?\nDevelop and maintain the integrated project plan, covering all cloud project lifecycle phases\nOwn scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning\nEstablish and maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)\nDefine and manage the communication plan (weekly status, SteerCo, exec updates)\nDrive day-to-day execution across Business Analysis, Architecture, Data, Configuration, and Testing teams\nTrack progress against milestones and proactively manage slippage\nCoordinate cross-functional dependencies (PS, DevOps, AppOps, Product, Client)\nAct as the single point of accountability for delivery outcomes\nManage scope changes through formal Change Request / Change Order processes\nOwn project financials: forecasting, burn tracking, margin awareness, and invoicing alignment\nEscalate risks impacting scope, timeline, or commercials early and transparently\nCoordinate Go-Live activities with Ops and Client teams\nTrack and manage UAT issues to closure\nHave you got what it takes?\n8-12 years of experience in enterprise software / SaaS project management\nStrong experience delivering Professional Services implementations\nProven ownership of scope, schedule, budget, RAID, and governance\nExperience managing multiple, complex, multi-stream, client-facing programs\nExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills\nHands-on experience with change control and financial tracking\nProven experience identifying, structuring, prioritizing, and resolving complex delivery problems across technology, data, and client domains\nStrong experience managing high -severity delivery issues, including root-cause analysis, corrective action planning, and executive escalation\nGood to Have\nExperience in Actimize, Financial Crime, AML, Fraud, Compliance, or Banking technology\nExposure to cloud-based enterprise platforms\nExperience in service industry\nPMP / PRINCE2 / PMI or equivalent certification\nWhat’s in it for you? \nJoin an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams - comprised of the best of the best - work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
