If you have hands-on experience in the BFSI sector, particularly in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) or Fraud Prevention, and are passionate about building and mentoring teams-this is the opportunity for you.\nHow will you make an impact?\nLead the BA practices and BA professionals within Professional Services portfolio\nWork directly with clients to understand business requirements and support the implementation of NICE Actimize Integrated Fraud Management (IFM) solutions.\nCustodian of BA best practices and processes embed these practices with BA team\nProvide on-going support for BA in project teams where necessary to improve BA activities and the quality of business analysis deliverables.\nPlan and closely monitor business analysis activities of all BAs in\nEnsure both business and system requirements are well analyzed, modeled and documented\nAssist project teams in prioritizing, balancing and managing BA works to ensure sufficient requirements ready for delivery\nIdentify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary\nWork closely with stakeholders and change management to identify impacts to business processes because of system or application changes\nEvaluate effectiveness of solution delivery (SDLC) tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement\nLiaise and collaborate with internal external stakeholders as required\nCoaching and training programs for the BA team\nHave you got what it takes?\n15 years of IT experience of which 10 years in a BA role with minimum 3 years’ leading BA Team\nWorking knowledge of payment systems and payment journeys across different regions and payment methods globally, such as domestic and international payments, real-time payments, SEPA, SWIFT/Wire, and other payment rails\nFamiliar with full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)\nExperience of working in BFS domain.
