This role is focused on hands-on technical enablement. You’ll work closely with partner engineers, sales engineers, and internal teams to turn product knowledge into real-world solutions.\nYou’ll be a go-to technical resource for partners, helping them move from basic understanding to confident execution across sales cycles and customer implementations.\nHow will you make an impact?\nEnabling partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents using the Cognigy platform\nSupporting partner onboarding and ongoing technical readiness through structured enablement and certification paths\nDelivering technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs\nAssisting partners with JavaScript development, debugging, and flow-based logic\nSupporting API usage and integrations as part of AI Agent implementations\nHelping partners work effectively with context variables and conversation logic in Cognigy\nAdvising on webchat embedding and xApps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript\nSupporting partners during demos, proofs of concept, and key partner-led opportunities\nCollaborating with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to align on technical standards and best practices\nTranslating product updates and new features into clear, partner-ready technical guidance\nHave you got what it takes?\nStrong JavaScript coding and debugging skills, with the ability to support and unblock others\nExperience working with APIs and integrations in real-world implementations\nPractical experience using context variables and conversation logic within Cognigy\nWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly for webchat embedding and xApps\nA general developer mindset, with comfort solving problems through flow logic and/or code\nExperience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting\nAbility to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences\nStrong collaboration and communication skills across sales, product, and delivery teams\nEnablement-focused qualities:\nA genuine passion for enablement and helping partners succeed independently\nEnjoyment in teaching, coaching, and guiding others from basic understanding to confident execution\nComfort delivering technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs\nAbility to turn complex product capabilities into clear, practical guidance partners can apply immediately\nA proactive, problem-solving attitude with a strong sense of ownership when supporting partner success\nWhat’s in it for you?\nJoin an ever-growing, market disrupting, global company where the teams - comprised of the best of the best - work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment!
