And if you’re like us, we can offer you the ultimate career opportunity that will light a fire within you.\nSo, what's the role about?\nThe HR Business Partner at NiCE will support the Corporate Services and Vertical Markets organizations to develop and implement HR plans and solutions that advance strategic business initiatives and deliver results. \nThe HR Business Partner will act as a change agent, leading organizational change and supporting key HR initiatives, including succession planning, policy review and implementation, and management training and development. \nHow will you make an impact?\nServe as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, influencing strategic decisions and organizational priorities. \nProvide executive coaching and leadership development to strengthen management capabilities. \nChampioning a positive employee experience, fostering a culture of engagement, inclusion, and high performance. \nEstablish regular communication with business unit leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. \nLead organizational design and change management initiatives, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies. \nDrive and support key HR initiatives including talent assessment, succession planning, compensation planning (equity, bonus, merit), and leadership development. \nExecute annual HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, and reward & recognition programs. \nCollaborate with COEs and regional HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR programs and services. \nLeverage data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend solutions that drive business performance. \nMonitor organizational health through metrics such as performance, engagement, attrition, and diversity. \nHave you got what it takes?\nMinimum 6 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably within a technology-driven and/or global organization supporting Sales functions. \nProven ability to build strong, trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. \nDemonstrated success in leading strategic HR initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders. \nStrong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into actionable HR plans. \nExcellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. \nHigh degree of self-sufficiency, adaptability, and confidence. \nExperience working in complex, matrixed, and global environments is highly desirable. \nWhy Join Us? \nAt NiCE, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment where your contributions make a real impact.
