ACTIVITIES:\nThe following lists the principle activities associated with the position of Forming Operator.\nAdjust sensors to ensure proper operation\nClean conveyor belts, line rollers, forming pit, trenches and other equipment.\nDispose of hazardous waste in an appropriate manner.\nClean forming and press area as needed.\nLearn Control Systems of various equipment to be able to operate and troubleshoot when required.\nEQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE:\nVibratory Equipment\nConveyors\nPress\nDampers\nForklift\nSAFETY:\nUnderstand and follow all safety procedures o Current on all safety trainings o Wears all required PPE when necessary (steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear plugs)\nUnderstand Lock Out Tag Out procedures for assigned areas.\nPerform duties according to OSHA guidelines, policies and procedures\nComplete General Plant Safety Training within the first 8 weeks.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nMust be able to lift at least 50lbs and to push-pull up to 75lbs.\nMust be able to work long periods while continuously standing, twisting, bending, reaching, and stooping.\nMust be able to work environment which is dusty and noisy.\nMust be able to work in plant environment with extreme
