The role involves working closely with the Managing Director, Creative Director, internal departments, external vendors and collaborators. You will be involved in different stages of a project, from research and concept development to planning and final production. We are looking for someone who is comfortable moving between thinking and making: developing ideas, communicating them clearly and caring about how they are ultimately executed. \n\nResponsibilities\n\nDevelop and execute visual designs that respond to the overall creative and marketing strategies for DressingPaula’s campaigns, product launches, outlets, events and other marketing initiatives. \n\nDesign marketing collateral that can adapt across different outputs and applications (stores, website, lookbooks, social media, newsletters, print, etc.), ensuring production-ready artwork. \n\nAssist in improving existing branding materials (such as proposal decks, marketing collaterals, packaging, colour story, etc.) to ensure the brand’s aesthetic aligns with current design trends and stays creatively relevant. \n\nSee through visual design development processes from ideation to implementation, maintaining consistency of brand identity and tone of voice. \n\nWork closely with the Managing Director and Creative Director to develop projects according to agreed timelines, strategies and requirements. \n\nContribute to the Marketing Team in visual research, references, mockups and brainstorming creative visual solutions to improve marketing initiatives. \n\nWork collaboratively with the Visual Merchandising team to strengthen the store’s look and feel which includes storefront, promotional banners and display refreshes. \n\nEngage and liaise with external vendors / collaborators / suppliers to effectively execute design materials. \n\nManage, guide and supervise junior graphic designers and design interns towards successful project completion. \n\nCoordinate timelines between multiple parties and multiple projects that are concurrently on-going.\n\nTravel as needed – Location shoots / event set ups / outlet layout / presentations. \n\nRequirements\nRequirements\n\n3–5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within a fashion brand, creative studio, design practice, or agency. \n\nDegree in a related field or an equivalent portfolio. \n\nStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) \n\nAcute design sensibility with ability to rationalise design thinking clearly. \n\nComfortable working across different media and design output according to project needs; from print, digital to pop-up store layout / displays. \n\nStrong attention to detail, care for execution, visual impact and user experience. \n\nAble to work independently while being comfortable collaborating closely with others. \n\nCalm, adaptable to change, self-motivated, organised and timely. \n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills; able to conduct structured presentations to articulate ideas, strategies and visual communication approaches. \n\nPrevious experience in leadership, people management and mentoring is preferred\n\nWillingness to take responsibility for work from development through to final execution. \n\nFamiliarity with basic web-coding (HTML & CSS) is a plus. \n\nGrasp in copywriting, photography, videography, motion graphics, web design is an advantage. \n\nAn interest in and shared affinity with the work, values and ethos of DressingPaula. \n\nHow to apply \n\n1.
