Backoffice Logistics (M/W/D)

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
- Begleitung, Kontrolle und Weiterentwicklung logistischer Prozesse
- Abwicklung von Lagerlogistik-Zollangelegenheiten für internationale Sendungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der internen Zollabteilung, Transportabteilung und beteiligten Fachabteilungen
- Zuarbeit für die Abteilungsleitung Logistics
- Begleitung der Materialbewegungen im Tagesgeschäft
- Unterstützung und Kontrolle der Jahres- und permanenten Inventur
- Schnittstelle zwischen Lager und anderen Abteilungen
- Kontrolle und Begleitung der Gefahrgut-Rahmenbedingungen
Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich in Deinem Bereich, bist aber im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Werkstatt, OPM, IT, Nachbereitung, Transport und Vertrieb.

Was du mitbringst:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Logistikbereich oder mehrjährige Erfahrung
- Verständnis für organisatorische Abläufe
- Selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Grundkenntnisse Englisch wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägtes Bewusstsein für termingerechtes Arbeiten
