For the world's and people's tomorrows; the world's first, the world's best technologies and products; we will continue our part in creating a better society.\nJob Summary\n Job Description\nDuties: Utilizing Automotive Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination (ASPICE)\nmethodology to ensure product development quality for our automotive electromechanical\ncomponentry and sensor products; conduct design verification requirements processes; drive\nautomotive connectivity and sensor advancements; apply design controls in the product development\nphase; enhance design quality organization and systems to meet IATF and VD automotive industry\nstandards; maintain and enhance our quality management systems; establish a KPI management portal\nto keep track of engineering trends, create reports, and conduct trend analysis; organize and perform\nregular internal audits; assist in customer audit preparation; conduct design reviews and review project\ndesign plans, risk management plans, design verification and validation protocols, and reports; perform\nrequirements flow down analyses; and train colleagues on quality policies and procedures, including\nverification, validation, statistical methods, and design controls.\nJob Site: 3709 Ohio Avenue, St. Charles, IL 60174. Salary: $81,411 to $83,586/year. Requires Bachelor’s\ndegree or foreign degree equivalent in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical\nEngineering or a related field. Requires two years of experience in the job offered or in design\nengineering. Requires Experience with: Conducting Gap Assessments of technical and operational\ncompliance requirements; Integrating and testing electromechanical components; Defining and\ndocumenting electromechanical technical processes; Validating engineering data; and Troubleshooting\nsystem failures using RCA. Must live in Illinois.
