Job Description
Join Nidec America as an Applications Engineer supporting one of our group companies. In this customer-facing role, you’ll provide hands-on technical support, guide product installations and configurations, and partner with sales and engineering to influence new features and solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Support customers during installation, integration, and configuration
- Customize products based on technical requirements
- Collaborate with sales and engineering to translate customer needs into solutions
- Lead customer trainings and workshops
- Document feedback to drive product improvements
- Represent the product in demos, meetings, and trade shows
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering
- 5+ years of applications, technical support, or engineering experience
- Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
$100,000-$120,000
