Primary duties include independent inspections, measurement, documentation, and containment activities to help ensure products and processes meet defined quality standards.\nEssential Duties/Responsibilities:\nPerform quality inspections and verification activities for incoming, in-process, and completed products.\nVerify product conformity to applicable specifications, drawings, procedures, and customer requirements.\nReview and ensure customer-specific repair requirements are met.\nCreate customer required reports such as disassembly, clean, and inspect (DCI), certificates of compliance (COC), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).\nSupport the nonconformance and corrective action process through identification, documentation, tracking, and follow-up activities.\nSupport the control and maintenance of calibrated inspection, test, and measuring equipment.\nMaintain quality records and documentation in accordance with company requirements\nAssist the Quality Manager with warranty evaluations, audits, PFMEAs, Control Plans, Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), and other quality-related activities.\nSupport implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and associated quality processes.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives aimed at improving product quality, process effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.\nCommunicate quality concerns and assist with resolution of quality-related issues.\nMaintain required qualifications, certifications, and training necessary to perform assigned duties.\nOperate company equipment (i.e.: Forklift, Crane, hand tools etc.) in a safe and efficient manner in the performance of all duties as required.\nComply with all company policies / procedures and perform all job functions in an ethical manner.\nResponsible for maintaining clean and orderly work area free of hazards.\nComplete all required safety training.\nPerforms all applicable duties in accordance with our Quality Management System (QMS), as required\nPerform other skilled or non-skilled duties as directed by supervisor.\n\nExperience/Skills:\nBe available for and successfully complete all required training\nMust be willing work evenings and/or weekends, if required\nBe able to operate motor vehicles in compliance with all state and federal requirements, if travel required\nPossess valid identification\nTravel between Texas and Louisiana locations, if required\nAbility to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.\nAbility to troubleshoot and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.\nAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.\nStrong computer skills, especially with Microsoft office products and Adobe.\nGood communication skills, both verbal and written\nAbility to read, write and follow work instructions\nAbility to interface with co-workers and customers\nAbility to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines\nTeam player attitude with the ability to work with minimal supervision\nAdditional Job Details\nEducation:\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent technical training or quality related certificate preferred\n0 - 1 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience\n\nPhysical and Other Requirements:\nMust pass all required pre-employment screenings - Background, Physical & Drug screen\nCompliance with all drug and alcohol policies established by the company and any customer-sponsored programs.
