Job Summary

Lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals. Create sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Motivating and advising sales representatives to improve their performance, as well as hiring and training.
- Achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate new lead sources.
- Expand the target customer base.
- Work with product and research teams to make sure customer needs are met. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 5+ years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
