The role follows defined procedures, monitors data quality, resolves routine data issues, maintains complete records and collaborates with Operations and internal stakeholders to meet service-level and client requirements.\nResponsibilities\n Panel Operations & Participant Engagement: Provide daily support for Mobile/Online research panels through email, phone, and other communication tools.\nAct as the primary point of contact for research participants, ensuring a high level of customer service.\nAssist in the development and enhancement of panelist communications, including emails, translations, and web content.\nIdentify and escalate process improvement opportunities and potential risks related to panel management.\nEnsure compliance with market and legal requirements for panel operations.\nWork closely with local and international teams to ensure smooth panel operations.\nDigital Media Operations & Data Quality Management:\nSupport digital audience measurement by monitoring panel data for unexpected changes and escalating issues when necessary.\nAssist in analyzing digital data trends to ensure accuracy and consistency in research outputs.\nWork with global teams to implement improvements in digital data collection and processing.\nUnderstand and apply digital metering technology to enhance audience measurement processes (training provided).\n Minimum SPM, STPM, certificate, diploma, or an equivalent qualification.\n0-1 year of relevant experience in operations, data entry, administrative, or business support roles.\nBasic proficiency in written and spoken English and Malay.\nComputer literacy with proficiency in email, spreadsheets, word processing, Google Suite, and database applications.\nWillingness to learn Nielsen systems, data definitions, quality standards, and repeatable operational processes and maintain high data accuracy and quality standards.\nStrong attention to detail, accuracy mindset, and basic problem-solving skills to investigate discrepancies and follow procedures.\n Please be aware that job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by scammers seeking personal data or money.
