We enable your best to power our future.\n The Field Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and supporting Nielsen measurement equipment at assigned panel households. The role ensures that equipment is correctly configured, operational and able to collect and transmit accurate audience data.\nThe position involves regular travel within the assigned territory and direct interaction with Nielsen panel members.\nResponsibilities\nInstalls and maintains all current and future metering platforms working remotely with panelists from a home office environment.\nInvestigates and resolves Nielsen proprietary system-generated household performance issues.\nRemotely diagnoses and troubleshoots data/equipment, taking necessary corrective action to collect and retrieve accurate audience data.\nCommunicates effectively with panelists through various channels including phone, email, text, video, and chat.\nEducates and coaches Panel members on operation, security procedures, and expected \nparticipation responsibilities to protect the integrity of the Nielsen sample and usage of Nielsen equipment to ensure optimum performance results.\nUses persuasion skills to maintain the cooperation of Panel members.\nDemonstrate ability to shift focus quickly between assignments and proactivity in finding work during downtime\n Minimum SPM, STPM, Diploma, and certificate in Engineering or Electronics, IT, AV Technology, or a related field.\n0-2 years of relevant experience.\nMust be able to communicate in basic Malay and English.\n Valid driver's licence and reliable personal transport (car is must) for field visits.\n Willingness to travel within and outside the assigned region.
